It has been awhile since I have posted a Tackle It Tuesday but I could not resist posting this one.
I tackled 10 pints of pasta sauce, 20 pints of chili base, and 5 pints of Kosher Dill Pickles.
And I am not even half way done canning yet. I have this many more still ripening from our first two picks from both gardens as well as many many more on the bushes that are very green still.
I see a whole lot of canning in my future of tomatoes.
And this is a very good thing.
