We tried something new for dinner tonight. Cheeseburger Crescent Casserole. It was delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked, drained.

- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 1/8 cup mustard
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent dinner rolls.
Directions:
- Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a skillet mix the cooked hamburger and ketchup. Heat until hot, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the relish, mustard, and 1 cup of the cheese.
- Spoon into ungreased 9 or 10 inch glass pie pan.
- Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place dough on top of meat mixture in a spoke pattern with points towards the center. Pinching and inch of the crescent to form a crust.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and crescent is browned.
Enjoy! I made cheesy grits for the side dish.
