Buffalo Chicken Dip

Only Todd was going to eat this for the Super Bowl, so I cut the ingredients in half.

  • 8 oz. of cream cheese (softened)
  • 6 oz. of Deli Oven Roasted Chicken (diced)
  • 1/2 cup of hot pepper sauce for Buffalo Wings
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 green onions (sliced)

  1. In a pie pan, spread the cream cheese.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Deli Oven Roasted Chicken and the sauce.
  3. Spread the chicken and sauce mixture over the cream cheese.
  4. Next sprinkle the blue cheese over the chicken and sauce mixture.
  5. Finally sprinkle the green onions on top.
  6. Place your dish in a microwave and cook for 2 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

Serve with crackers or celery.



  1. I am so making this dip. My kids LOVE hot stuff, me, not so much but they scarffed down all the hot wings and the whole platter of stuffed jalapenos that I had brought in record time. I know they will love this. Thank you for sharing it Jolene! :)
