Architectural Tour On The Chicago River

One of the events we definitely planned while we were in Chicago for our anniversary was to go on a cruise.  In May 2008 we went on a dinner cruise on the Spirit of Chicago.  It was a two hour dinner cruise on Lake Michigan.  It was a magical time for us.  It was so perfect that we thought we could never make that special moment so instead we found a different type of cruise, we chose to book an architectural tour down the Chicago River.   I love the fact that Todd is into seeing the beauty of buildings as well.  I am one lucky lady.  This was 90 minute tour and well worth it.  It was not the magical dinner cruise but definitely a wonderful memory.  The weather was great, it was not too hot or too cold.  Now to share my photos from our tour.  I hope you enjoy them as much as we did.

Batman fans should recognize this building.
This building is from the prohibition era.
It was said to resemble a bottle of champagne.
